nova's commissions and terms of service
please read my terms of service before doing anything else! by commissioning me you are agreeing to comply with everything stated here.
commissions terms of service
GENERAL:- i can draw anthro and feral animals (furries), as well as animalistic pokémon and other similar creatures.
- i will NOT draw NSFW, gore, humans, humanoids, mechas, machinery, or anything else i feel i am unwilling/unable to do.
- i will show you the sketch to see if you want me to make any alterations. i will NOT make any major alterations after linework. adjusting markings once colored is fine.
- i reserve the right to use any artwork i may produce for you in a post on social media, as an art example, a part of a portfolio, etc.
- I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY TAKING A COMMISSION!
- i accept only USD through paypal and venmo, and under certain circumstances, nintendo eshop cards/codes.
- your commission may be more expensive if your character has a complex design.
- i expect to be paid AFTER the sketch and BEFORE any other progress to avoid scams, no exceptions.
- once i pass the sketching phase, there will be NO REFUNDS unless i personally choose to do so. don't say i didn't warn you!
- if i am unable to finish your commission, you will be refunded the full amount.YOU MAY:- repost art i have created, with credit to me, if you have commissioned the art or you own the character(s) drawn.
- edit my art for personal use only, if the original artwork is not deleted and still remains accessible.YOU MAY NOT:- use or repost art i have created if it is not yours. only the commissioner is allowed to use the art i have made for them unless the character i have drawn for them is owned by someone else. in that case, only the character's owner and commissioner may use it.
- use any of my artwork for NFTs or other AI-related purposes.
- claim my art as being created by you, or otherwise remove my credit or not credit me when posting the art.
- edit my signature out of any art i may draw.
- use my art for hateful and/or discriminatory purposes.
- trace any of my artwork, or allow others to trace it.
- commercially use my work without my permission. you may contact me to discuss commercial use.
adoptables terms of service
GENERAL:- i expect to be paid IN FULL before i give you rights to any character you want to adopt from me. this applies to money, art, characters, or whatever else you may offer.
- please have payment ready and sent to me within 48 hours, unless a hold or other agreement is made.
- i will only do holds for money payments for up to 2 weeks. if i do not receive payment within this time frame, the character will go back up for sale/offer!
- art payments will be agreed upon on an individual basis, depending on the amount and complexity.
- offering/bidding money you do not have, or ghosting me when i accept an offer/bid, will have you blacklisted.
- please CREDIT ME if i have drawn and/or designed any characters you own!
- by adopting any character from me, you agree that you have read and agree to these terms, and if you violate them, i have the right to put you on a public blacklist.YOU MAY:- repost characters you have adopted from me on other sites, as long as i am credited for the design.
- redesign characters i have created, as long as i am credited for the original, and the original design/artwork is still accessible.
- edit my original art i have made, as long as the original art remains accessible.
- trade, sell, or gift my designs to other people, as long as they are made aware of my TOS.YOU MAY NOT:- sell characters for more than you bought them for (receiving them for art/characters does not count as money), unless additional art is added while they are in your possession. characters you have received for free may only be re-gifted or traded.
- delete, private, or otherwise deny my access of characters i have designed. if they are on auth only, please authorize me so i can keep track of my designs.
- knowingly gift, trade, or sell my designs to users i have blacklisted.
- use my designs to endorse hateful or inappropriate topics such as pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, rape, racism, sexism, ableism, religious discrimination, homophobia, and transphobia, etc.
- transfer a NSFW character, or a character with NSFW art, to a minor.
- add your own rules for my designs you may own (e.g. "this design should be given back to me if lost interest," etc).
- delete my original artwork or design.
- use any of my designs for NFT or other AI-related purposes.
